2023 Single Ventricle Patient Day

We are looking for a new member to join the Single Ventricle Patient Day Planning Committee! Single Ventricle Patient Day was founded in 2018 by a group of four individuals with SV circulation who saw the need to create a judgement-free space for teen and adult patients to come together in an annual event. If you are passionate about shaping the event, we invite you to apply for this opportunity. This event normally takes place in-person in the Fall. We are currently confirming the date and location for our 2025 event. 

The role involves monthly virtual planning meetings to organize the next Single Ventricle Patient Day, which we aim to hold in the fall alongside the Fall Learning Session. As we get closer to the event, meetings will shift to biweekly. While we don’t have a confirmed date yet, your input will be key in making this event a success, starting in June. 

Any individual aged 14+ with single ventricle heart disease (SVHD) is welcome to apply. There is one open spot at this time, but we will keep all applicants in mind for future updates and opportunities.
