Welcome to the FON and NPC-QIC Spring 2024 Virtual Learning Session!
We are so excited you have chosen to participate in this opportunity to build a stronger sense of community, learn about both networks' latest work, and share learnings.
By the end of the Learning Session, teams will be able to:
• Build community with patients, parents and healthcare professionals on NPC-QIC and FON teams
• Present recent work and accomplishments within NPC-QIC and FON
• Apply registry/survey data results to network activities, including improvement & research
• Utilize the Model for Improvement/Data Analytics in current NPC-QIC and FON improvement projects
• Develop a team action plan for learning from other centers on top priorities

-We encourage you to find a quiet room, free from distractions to participate in the Learning Session.
-Change your Zoom name to feature your name and title or your care center name if you are joining the session as a group.
-Please raise your hand and wait to be called on before speaking. Please remain muted when not speaking.
-We encourage you to introduce yourself to your colleagues before speaking or asking questions.
-Zoom background highlighting your care center are encouraged.
-While the agenda includes time for breaks, we encourage you to turn off your camera and microphone to excuse yourself for a break as needed.
