FON understands that our work is personal. The improvements we make in the care for individuals with single ventricle circulation means real improvements in outcomes and quality of life for real people in real time. But FON needs the help of real community members like you to support this important work.

You can now share your single ventricle story or the story of a loved one to help increase visibility and raise support for FON through building and sharing your own online Giving Hope fundraising web page!

A Giving Hope fundraising web page, facilitated through Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, is a quick and easy way to share a milestone, honor a loved one, or bring together a support system that’s helped you and/or your loved one succeed in the spirit of supporting FON’s transformative work!

Complete the six steps below to build your own personalized FON fundraising page that you can share with your family, friends, and the community at large to help raise money to support FON’s work.

Please note that all funds raised go directly to FON.

How to Build Your Giving Hope FON Fundraising Page

  1. Create your account here.

  2. Select “Create a Fundraising Page.”

  3. Select your fundraising page type from the options below.

    • Celebration

      • Have a birthday, anniversary or other milestone to celebrate? Personalize your own web page for your celebration.

    • Event

      • Host a donation page for an upcoming virtual or in-person fundraising event.

    • Donation

      • Create your own personal fundraising page by sharing your single ventricle story!

    • Memorial Page

      • Remarkable people enter our lives and change us in ways we never could have imagined. Recognize a special person in a simple and impactful way.

  4. Input your fundraising goal.

  5. Follow the prompts to submit and finalize your fundraiser. When asked where you would like your funds to go, be sure to select “Other” and type in Fontan Outcomes Network.

  6. Share your fundraising page with friends, family, and community via social media, email, and more!
