OUR TEAM
Our Organizational Structure
Our structure formally recognizes leaders from the FON community and provides an efficient, effective structure for management, including the subgroups below.
The Executive Leadership Team is accountable for the effective functioning of the learning network, strategic planning, financial and operational success, delivery of its products and services, and customer satisfaction.
The four Work Groups focus on individual areas of work, including:
Data & Analytics: Propose strategy and operationalize collection, validation, and analysis of network data.
Quality Improvement: Guide improvement work to lead to quantifiable outcomes.
Research: Drive generation of new knowledge.
Community Building & Engagement: Develop processes that enable the entire community—patients, family, researchers, clinicians—to engage in the work of the network.
The Strategic Advisory Committee provides programmatic input including strategic priorities and policies that support those priorities, ensures the network is aligned with other work in pediatric and congenital heart disease, and helps publicize the mission and vision of the FON
The Project Management, Quality Improvement, Communications, & Data Team help develop, implement, and sustain the network’s various workstreams to push the work of the network forward.
The broad membership aims to be representative of the diverse collaborative participants and stakeholders.
All members of the FON leadership adhere to this Conflict of Interest Policy.
